EdUHK retirees who retire on or after 1 October 2020 are eligible to visit the on-campus Medical Clinic of the University for medical consultation after their retirement. You may apply for such authorized access by completing the relevant Application Form (https://eduhk.au1.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_etTdQ4vbymDNUJ7) before your Last Date of Service.
